Make a Newborn Reservation
For families wanting to reserve a newborn visit shortly after discharge, the newborn retainer is for you. Since birth is unpredictable; your reservation will ensure a timely visit me. I'll keep a 'floating spot' on my calendar based on your due date. Reservation spaces are limited; book by 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Currently, I’m only an in-network provider for Aetna and UnitedHealthcare. For all other insurance companies, visits are consider self-pay and payment is due at the time of our visit. A superbill will be provided as a receipt and can be submitted to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
For an additional $10 administrative fee (per visit), you can opt to have my biller submit the claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
FSA, HSA, or a major credit card may be used at the time of booking.
